Description
Thymalin is a polypeptide complex isolated from thymic extracts, consisting of short amino acid chains implicated in immune regulation research. Experimental data show its capacity to normalize thymopoiesis, enhance T-cell differentiation, and modulate gene expression related to cellular aging and apoptosis. Thymalin is widely utilized in studies examining peptide-based bioregulation and immunosenescence mechanisms.
