Description
Mod GRF and GHRP-6 is a research peptide blend that combines GHRH receptor and ghrelin receptor activation to model growth hormone secretion pathways. Mod GRF (CJC-1295 no DAC) stimulates cAMP/PKA-dependent GH synthesis, while GHRP-6 acts on the GHS-R1a receptor to trigger phospholipase C and calcium release. This dual-action blend is used in mechanistic studies of peptide receptor crosstalk, GH pulsatility, and somatotropic axis modulation.
