Description
Mod GRF and GHRP-2 is a research peptide blend combining GHRH and ghrelin receptor agonists for experimental GH axis modeling. Mod GRF (CJC-1295 no DAC) engages GHRH receptor–driven cAMP/PKA signaling, while GHRP-2 binds GHS-R1a, activating Gq/11-mediated calcium release. This blend is applied in preclinical studies to analyze peptide synergy, pituitary signaling, and endocrine regulation mechanisms.
