Description

GHK (Gly-His-Lys) is a naturally occurring tripeptide composed of glycyl-histidyl-lysine and is studied as a copper-binding regulatory peptide involved in stress-response and tissue remodeling pathways. GHK peptide research commonly examines how this small signaling molecule, with or without copper complexation (GHK-Cu), influences gene-expression patterns associated with extracellular matrix organization, oxidative stress response, and inflammatory signaling under controlled laboratory conditions.
