Description
CJC-1295 (no DAC) (Modified GRF) is a synthetic truncated analogue of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) designed for research applications involving pulsatile growth hormone signaling. Unlike DAC-conjugated variants, the no-DAC version retains a shorter half-life profile, making it useful in laboratory models that aim to study physiologic growth hormone pulse dynamics rather than prolonged stimulation.
In preclinical and mechanistic research settings, Modified GRF (1-29) has been investigated for its ability to stimulate endogenous growth hormone release via GHRH receptor activation. Experimental endpoints commonly include markers of tissue repair, protein synthesis, bone turnover, metabolic regulation, lipid utilization, glucose homeostasis, and immune modulation. All findings remain limited to laboratory and investigational research contexts and are not established for clinical application.
