Description
N-Acetyl Semax Amidate is a research peptide derived from the ACTH(4–10) fragment with N-acetyl and C-terminal amidation modifications for enhanced metabolic stability. It modulates neurotrophic and neurogenic signaling via regulation of BDNF, TrkB receptor activity, and transcription factors including NGF and GAP-43. Preclinical studies demonstrate its involvement in redox homeostasis, synaptic plasticity, and peptide-mediated neuronal adaptation under stress conditions.
